Expected PDF columns (same order): SRNO, ROLL-NO, APPL-NO, CNAME, CATEGORY, CLAS_TYPE, SEX, D-O-B, PH, PH_TYPE, DOM, TOTAL-MARKS. Lists without the PH and PH_TYPE columns, and lists in the format SRNO, ROLL-NO, APPL-NO, CNAME, CATEGORY, EX, SEX, D-O-B, TOTAL-MARKS, are also supported (all candidates are then treated as non-PH). Large lists (1 lakh+ candidates) can take a few minutes to read. PDF should contain selectable text, not only scanned images. Reservation-policy PDF upload is not included.

Details Merit Rank
Ranks are calculated from TOTAL-MARKS in descending order. Overall Rank replaces the PDF SRNO in this preview. If marks are equal, the original PDF SRNO order is retained. Category Rank is category-specific. Male rank is shown as M1, M2... and Female rank as F1, F2... Category-wise female rank is shown separately, e.g. SC-F1, ST-F1 and OBC-NCL-F1. PH and EXSM ranks are separate eligibility ranks.

2. Enter Number of Posts & Generate Selection Lists
Each post has separate GENERAL, SC, ST and OBC (NON CREAMY LAYER) vacancies. FEMALE and EX-SERVICEMAN vacancies are entered category-wise. PH vacancy is entered disability-group-wise (VI, HI, OI, MD) and its total is applied commonly across all categories. Row totals are calculated automatically on the right. For PH, a candidate is counted in a group only if the PDF PH_TYPE matches that group's eligible codes (editable per post). Each post is calculated independently; a candidate may appear in more than one post list if selected in each. All uploaded candidates are treated as eligible for each post because post-wise qualification filters are not included.
